PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

 

¨ Founder, Member and President, Jolicoeur & Associates Risk Solutions, LLC responsible for leading a team of professional consultants focused on collaborating with Financial Service Providers to identify and establish product positioning and inter-company strategic alliance opportunities

 

¨ Vice President and Product Executive, Payment Protection Products responsible for overall business strategy and product management for Credit Insurance, Debt Cancellation, Mechanical Repair and GAP Programs, accounting for nearly 40% of CUNA Mutual’s overall revenue

 

¨ Vice President and Product Executive, Individual Property & Casualty Products (IP&C) responsible for overall business strategy and product management for auto, home and specialty line products representing $750M NWP.  Jolicoeur was the lead architect of CUNA Mutual’s IP&C operations and the company’s strategic alliance with Liberty Mutual Group, Boston, Massachusetts

 

¨ Supervisor, John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company, Boston, Massachusetts, responsible for reinsurance and premium accounting in the Group Administration Department

 

 ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Jolicoeur began his career with CUNA Mutual in 1975 and has been involved with the companies Property and Casualty business since 1979 until his recent retirement on May 1, 2009 after 34 years of serving the Insurance Industry and Credit Union Movement. Jolicoeur’s accomplishments included;

¨ Establishing and leading CUNA Mutual’s  Life, Health, Individual Property and Casualty brokerage operations

¨ Establishing and leading CUNA Mutual’s internal corporate risk management and safety/loss program for domestic and foreign operations, where he played a prominent role in the permanent affiliation of the Century Companies of America and CUNA Mutual Insurance Society (CUMIS) and the purchase of the companies catastrophic and primary reinsurance

¨ Leading  CUNA Mutual’s Bingham Farms, Michigan operation, where he oversaw the sale of CUMIS General and the CUMIS auto program to Liberty Mutual

¨ Leading the growth of CUNA Mutual’s Auto and Home program to include more than 3,200 credit unions and nearly 40 million eligible members, where he was directly responsible for today’s strong relationship with Liberty Mutual.  The strategic alliance with Liberty Mutual celebrated its 10th year of operation under Jolicoeur leadership in 2008
