ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Zechman began his career with CUNA Mutual in 1980 and was involved with the
Company's research, financial modeling, reporting, expense management and decision support to the Senior Vice President, Member Services, Vice President and Product Executive I P&C and Chief Operating Officer until his retirement June 1, 2009, after 29 Years with the CUNA Mutual Group.  Zechman accomplishments include:   

¨ Development of operational, reinsurance and financial modeling, reporting
account profitability and decision support tools which are used today to
understand potential economic outcome of CUNA Mutual's core products
and brokerage initiatives

¨ Creation of Finance Service Action Teams in support of product areas of the
company

¨ Design and expansion of CMG's Management Incentive Compensation Program

¨ Leadership of the Operations Research and the expanded responsibilities
included building a financial model of CMG, leading a team responsible for
developing guidelines for introducing the use of PC's into CMG's computing
architecture as well as leading the Management Engineering Department


-Responsible for conducting research projects which included analysis of
     
marketing, operations and product practices, initiating end-user computing by
     
bringing in SAS and APL training various end-users how to use these
     
programming/analysis tools and other assigned projects
