PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

– Project Manager/IT Liaison/System Testing/Administrative Assistance – responsible for managing Jolicoeur & Associates Risk Solutions, LLC Team projects and coordinating project activities with our business partners, managing data/reporting flows, developing/executing/documenting system test plans/results as well as collaborating with our business partners to execute system fixes/prioritize enhancements, providing Microsoft Office support and administrative assistance.

– Project Manager/IT Liaison and Assistant to Vice President CUNA Mutual Personal Lines responsible for managing projects both of  small and large scale, managing technical staff relationship/shared data systems with alliance partners, reporting to internal management/board of directors, writing/editing press releases, facilitating strategic planning and preparing annual business plans.

– Systems Manager responsible for all computer hardware and software used by Sales and Marketing Department including CUNA   Mutual division offices and field staff located across the U.S.. Managed hardware and software help desk. Prepared training materials, organized training sessions and managed/conducted field staff/division offices technical training.

– Systems Programmer/Analyst responsible for system development, analysis and programming on various CUNA Mutual insurance systems.

– Customer Service/Training/Conversion Specialist at Sentry Insurance responsible for maintaining/managing underwriting data accuracy with customers and data conversion to new systems.

– Special Events and Volunteer Coordinator at Edgewood High School responsible for organizing, leading, and coordinating volunteers for all of the fundraising events as well as a number of all-school events.

 

 ACCOMPLISHMENTS


Judy Ring began her career at Sentry Insurance providing personal lines underwriting support, new staff/systems training, and computer operations support. She then continued her career in the financial services industry at CUNA Mutual initially in the Information Technology Division responsible for system development and management and then moving to the Personal Lines Division as a Project Manager and Assistant to the Vice President of Personal Lines.

– Implementation of laptops throughout field operations including selection of hardware/software, contracting/purchasing, equipment set up, training, maintenance processes, software development, and help desk establishment.

– Establishment of division office technology including local area networks/computers/communication systems. Implementation included contracting/purchasing, set-up, training, and maintenance.

– Project managed the sale and policy transfer of CUNA Mutual’s CUMIS General and the CUMIS Auto program to Liberty Mutual.

– Project managed Fundraising Events to support Edgewood High School’s building, facilities, athletics and curriculum.
